I've been impressed with everyone that works here. They all take pride in doing their jobs to an exceptional level that includes ... the cleaning staff, maintenance, concierge, etc. The room around the trash bins are kept impressively clean despite the fact that it's a trash area, the sidewalks are cleared of debris (including the salt for snow/ice), and the few maintenance requests have been resolved within 12 hours. I've only been here for close to a month and only have great things to say about this apartment complex and community. The ... building is very clean and well kept including the amenity spaces and corridors, and it is very much appreciated when the corridors and elevators are cleaned multiple times a week to maintain the pristine quality of the building. In addition to the cleanliness of the building the staff is extremely kind and helpful with any request and I have been more than than pleased. They are prompt with their response and actively engage in making your experience enjoyable at every turn. Never have I lived in a community in the past 8 years of renting that has been as welcoming and kind as the staff here at 1000 Speer. That same can be said about the Maintenance staff as well at 1000 Speer. The have been extremely timely in responding to requests and have fixed any issue I have had in less than a couple of hours after submitting the request. The Maintenance staff is also extremely polite, professional, and kind while working on any minor issues inside of my unit that I have had. It is also very refreshing that they not only work on your requests but actively engage in conversation with you while working. I very much look forward to living here for the next few years. I have been very impressed with the maintenance and front desk staff. The leasing office was a nightmare to deal with. I ... received a gift card several weeks ago (after multiple unnecessary calls, emails with very simple solutions) with a note saying "Here is dinner on us while we figure out how to make up the mess of your move in." Never heard from them since. I don't need anything. If anything they were exhausting to deal with and you can't really pay someone back for having to deep clean their apartment upon move in. Not following up after that card has sent an unfortunate message that you all have major disconnect or simply do not care.
